Rather than asking you to “fix” yourself, the program helps you reconnect with your desires, values, and inner authority so you can move forward with clarity and self-trust.
Manifestation, at its core, isn’t about wishful thinking or magical shortcuts. It’s a practical framework that combines mindset, emotional awareness, and intentional action to help you move toward what you want. In simple terms, manifestation is about understanding how your beliefs, focus, and habits influence your decisions—and learning how to shift them in a way that supports your goals instead of quietly working against them.
In this program, manifestation is used as a grounded tool for goal setting. You’ll learn how to define goals that actually feel meaningful to you, identify the internal blocks that may be holding you back, and create clear, realistic steps forward. The process emphasizes self-compassion and accountability, helping you replace doubt and burnout with direction and momentum.

In this program I help any LGBTQ+ person create a more fulfilling, connected, and thriving romantic relationship, work life or vocation, or to achieve some other long-held dreams through personalized coaching, emotional skill-building, and mindfulness practices.
In this six month curriculum we will focus on six different areas of Mastery,one each month:

Healing and BodyWork
Reiki Healing-Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that involves the gentle laying on of hands or working just above the body to promote relaxation, balance, and natural healing. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things, and by channeling this energy,
I provide a combination of western body-work and massage with the Reiki healing practice. Feel free to schedule time with me in my home in Palm Springs or while I’m traveling.
