Paul is a Life and Relationship Coach, Facilitator, Consultant, Meditation and Breathwork Coach and Healer.

Paul specializes in working with men on all levels of the spectrum of sexuality, including those who are struggling with their identity and how they express themselves in this world.

Paul says, “my life purpose is supporting and faciliating people in the pursuit of their dreams, to acheive their gals and ahve freedom that is rooted in peace and not ruled by survival.

This is my life purpose because for many years, I was stuck in my head and my body.  I had achieved a certain amount of success in life, but there were blocks were brought on by trauma and shame, which prevented me from getting to my ultimate dreams and potential.  I learned to heal my parts which felt broken and allow myself to achieve my dreams and the success that I was meant for. I want that same healing for the clients I work with.

Paul was educated at the University of Minnesota and the Alfred Adler Institute. He holds a master's degree in counseling psychology, and certifications in Human Services Leadership, Life Coaching, Breathwork Facilitation, and Reiki in the Usui System of Natural Healing, trained by Reiki Master Teacher Jhonathan Soutchy.
